Thembisile Ntaka is a South African musician. Thembisile was born and raised in Hammersdale, KwaZulu-Natal, on January 25 1982.

She realised she had a singing talent at the tender age of seven and entered the Shell Road to Fame talent competition at 13.

In 2003, while in grade 11, she took part in the Coca-Cola Popstars talent competition.

Blessed with singing talent of a bird that enchantingly sing and swing sweet note, Thembisile rose like a Phoenix from emjondolo to prove.

She was chosen as one of the top five winners, who in turn formed the group Adilah. Adilah was made up of Karabo Motlhabi, Letang Tlome, Thembisile, Refiloe Motha and Itumeleng Kgosana.

The group recorded a self-titled album that won a Sama Award in 2003 and sold more than 25000 copies.

She went solo later and released a Afro-pop self-titled album in 2007. She worked with Hip-Hop Pantsula (Jabba) on the track Sikhathi Senjabulo. Interestingly, Adilah released a second album (Tekano) the same year.

Featured in the Coca-Cola collaboration project in which she recorded a gospel song with Rebecca Malope and Ringo Madlingozi.
